Showing Specialist Opportunity Available with Top Real Estate Team!!
We’re looking for a dedicated and goal-driven Real Estate Showing Partner to help our buyer clients and team of buyer agents. In this role, you will assist with establishing new client relationships, building rapport, showing homes to prospective buyers, encouraging and assisting clients, and helping the buyer agent with all tasks on their plate. Compensation:$40,000 - $80,000 commission based
Responsibilities:- Acquire leads from your network and interact with members of the community to develop new relationships
- Strengthen the relationships between your coworkers and your clients
- Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes, analyze the needs and wants of the client, and assess current real estate market
- Develop a solid understanding of the real estate market and give homebuyers the best possible service
- Handle extra administrative duties for the office staff and agents as needed
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must fit into the Hatch culture and be coachable
- Be approachable, personable, flexible, and bring a positive attitude to work every day
- Real estate experience is not required, but an understanding of the real estate transaction process is a plus
